BESPOKE BAKES
All my products are for pre-order (at least 48 hours notice for most items, preferably longer for bigger bakes) and freshly cooked to order. Items can be collected from Tendring, Essex or delivered within the Tendring District (a small delivery charge may apply)
As the bakes are all handmade and individual, photographs indicate a guide for the final product.

CELEBRATION CAKES
Whether its 2 people or 150 people - every celebration deserves a cake! Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, new jobs, new babies, welcome home.....
I work with both buttercream and/or fondant icing in a variety of styles. Many clients tell me the colour scheme they would like, many tell me of interests or hobbies they would like incorporated into the cake design, others show me a selection of photos they have seen to give me an indication of the style they are looking for. And then there's the question of flavour! So many choices. My most requested flavours are Rich chocolate; Victoria sandwich; Zingy lemon; Lemon & elderflower; White chocolate & raspberry; Coffee & walnut; Rich fruit cake; Red velvet; Banoffee or Carrot cake. However, I'm more than happy to bake your favourite - feel free to ask!!

CUPCAKES
Always great for a celebration, or just to treat yourself, Cupcakes can be in many flavours- chocolate, vanilla or lemon are the most popular but I'm happy to bake them in any of the flavours used for my standard cakes.
They can be decorated to a colour theme, topped with buttercream flowers or with fondant toppers to any theme of your choice.
